Weekly Schedule (February 12 - February 17)

This week we will continue the tapering process by not lifting for those who don't have individual state cuts.  Please check out the taper announcement and please make sure you are doing everything you can to conserve your energy for the conference meet in 2 weeks.  Here is a document on TAPER

Monday, February 12:
Conference Taper:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

State Taper:
- Morning lifting @ GRCHS weight room 7:45am-8:30am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

Tuesday, February 13:
- Conference Meet 7:00pm @ Calvin College
vs. East Grand Rapids
- No Bus
- Athletes must arrive by 6:00pm
- We will be celebrating our seniors starting at 6:50pm

Wednesday, February 14:
Conference Taper:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:30pm

State Taper:
- Morning lifting @ GRCHS weight room 6:45am-7:30am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday, February 15:
Conference + State Taper
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm (Conference guys out at 7:30pm)

Friday, February 16:
Conference + State Taper
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm (Conference guys out at 7:30pm)
- Qdoba after practice

Saturday, February 17:
Conference + State Taper
- Practice @ Calvin College 10:00am-12:00pm (Conference guys out at 11:30am)
