Pre-Season workouts

Here are opportunities for preseason workouts:
Please let me know if you are planning on taking advantage of any of these workout opportunities.  I would encourage you to workout at least 2-4 times a week.  

Monday:
7:15am w/girls swimming and diving @ Quest
3:45pm w/boys basketball @ Quest

Tuesday:
6:30am w/boys hockey @ Quest

Wednesday:
6:30am w/girls swimming and diving @ Quest
3:45pm w/boys basketball @ Quest

Thursday:
6:30am w/boys hockey @ Quest

Saturday:
If none of the other days workout, we may be able to get you in on Saturday at 8:00am.
