- Please make sure you keep your goal sheet up to date by using the 2014-15 top times list.

Practice is 6:00pm-8:15pm at Calvin College tonight, please make sure that you drive safely and give yourself enough time to be on deck, showered, ready to go by 6:00pm

Team Apparel and Food for Athletes

Tonight, the team apparel will be handed out if you have paid for your gear.  The cost is $25, please write checks out to Becky Bell!  

There will be food for the athletes after the meet tonight in room 204 (right off the lobby of the swimming pool.  Please make sure you stay and eat!

Weekly Schedule (January 26 - January 31)

Things to remember:
- Please make sure that you eat enough during the week especially before practices and meets to have enough energy to practice/compete (please do not eat right before practices or competitions).
- Please make sure that you are getting enough sleep each night, 8-9 hours a night would be great.
- Be ready to go (changed, showered, have your gear ready) by the start time of practice.
- Continually update your goal sheets, in only takes a couple minutes at the most!

Team party at Quist's house after Friday's practice

Friday night after practice we are having a team party at Andrew Quist's house (2625 Golfridge Dr.)

The party will begin right after practice and will end at 11:00pm, if you are being picked up, try to get picked up at 11:00pm at the latest!

Weekly Schedule (January 12 - January 17)

Reminders:
- Morning workouts are mandatory, if you miss Mondays workout and aren't excused by a parent for a good reason, you will miss the meet Tuesday.
- Be on time to practice, If you are late to practice you will swim a 200IM after practice, if it continues to be an issue you will miss meets.  Please be to practice on time.

Practice is cancelled for Today

Today practice is also cancelled, make sure that you workout at home somehow, don't sit/lay around all day for two days in a row, do drylands/yoga/stretch for an hour.  

Make sure you stay inside, and stay safe.  

The meet for tomorrow is still on.  1-way bus leaves from school at 9:00am, please make sure you are there on time.  The meet itself will start at 12:00pm for spectators.

Psych Sheet for D3 Midseason Invite

Here is the Psych Sheet!

Make sure you look it over and see where you are seeded in all of your events.  Relays are picked the day of the meet, so be prepared to swim in any of those.

The 11 teams competing are: East Grand Rapids, Chelsea, Hamilton, Milan, GRCH, Sturgis, Otsego, Detroit Country Day, Holland Christian, St. Joseph, Battle Creek Harper Creek

Last year we 6th at this meet.

Meet Cancelled tonight because of the weather, practice is at Calvin College 6:00pm-8:15pm

Today the meet was cancelled because of the weather.  Zeeland and Grand Haven were closed today, and they have decided that the weather won't be getting much better to have our tri-meet with them tonight.  We will see if we can reschedule it for a different date, but that gets harder to do at this time of year.

Practice is at Calvin College tonight from 6:00pm-8:15pm.  Be there on time as we start at 6:00pm
