Week 16 Schedule (March 7 - March 12)

Remember to...
- Get an extra hour of sleep each night this week
- Eat enough healthy food so that you have energy, but make sure you don't over eat!
- Conserve your energy, you are going to have a ton of it this week!
- Be careful and wise with how physical you are outside of practice.

Monday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:00pm

Tuesday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:00pm

Wednesday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-6:45pm

Thursday:
- The guys will be excused after 6th period (Eat during your 10:50-11:05 break)
-  Practice @ Calvin College 1:00pm-1:45pm
- At 2:15pm will leave from the high school for Hampton Inn Ann Arbor South
- We will arrive around 4:20pm at the hotel and get settled in.
- We will have dinner reservations between 6:00pm-7:00pm
- We will have a team meeting between 8:30pm-9:00pm in the Pyper's room
- Light's out at 10:00pm (get in a habit this week of getting to bed 10:00pm-10:30pm and waking up by 7:00am-7:30am)

Friday:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Warm-up (Diving - 9:00am-11:15am, Swimming - 10:00am-11:50am)
- Swimming prelims begin at 12:00pm @ Eastern Michigan University
- Diving warm-ups will begin between 3:00-3:30pm (will begin 1 hour before diving prelims start)
- Dinner reservations between 7:00pm-7:30pm
- Team Meeting 9:00pm
- Lights out at 10:00pm

Saturday:
- Breakfast at hotel
- Warm-up (Diving - 9:00am-11:15am, Swimming - 10:00am-11:50am
- Swimming and Diving finals 12:00pm @ Eastern Michigan University
- Head home and stop somewhere on the way.
