Make sure you eat something right after school that will agree with your stomach, try not to eat right before the meet.
Don't forget that if you are an athlete you need to arrive at 5:15pm @ Calvin College.
At 5:30 we are allowed to go on deck and start our warm-up.
The meet itself will start at 6:30pm and will probably end between 8:00pm-8:30pm.
Afterwards the athletes from each team will be fed a meal in room HC 280. If you are providing food, this room is in the hallway to the left (west) side of the old gym area.
