Please feel free to join Pype and Jeremy in the weight room this summer to bulk up before fall swimming. Over the last couple years, we have had many guys commit to lifting in the summer and the added strength has helped them in the pool.
We will be lifting Monday-Thursday from 1:30-3:30pm. No lifting on Fridays. No lifting on the weeks of July 2-5, and July 16-19.
