State Meet 2012 March 9 & 10 at Oakland University
Hello, State Meet parents and fans:
We are looking forward to being together and cheering on our team. A block of rooms has been reserved for us at the Auburn Hills Hyatt Place hotel under Grand Rapids Christian High School. Check it out at http://detroitauburnhills.place.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/place/index.jsp
The rate was quoted at $85 plus tax for a room with 2 queen beds plus a couch OR a king bed plus a couch. Hot breakfast is also included. The block is reserved for the 8th and 9th (Th and Fr) of March, but choose only the 9th if you prefer.
To reserve your room, you need to call the hotel at 248.475.9393 (then press 3 for reservations) by February 15. You will be responsible for your room reservation and putting it on your credit card. They will release our block February 16th, so please do not get caught without a room. If you are more comfortable booking your reservation online, you can visit www.hyattplaceauburnhills.com and under group/corporate # input: G-GRHS.
If you are unsure of needing a room, consider reserving one with your credit card by February 15, because then you have until two days before the event to cancel it without penalty. Be sure to confirm this policy when you call.
