Weekly Schedule (February 5 - February 10)

This week we will start the tapering process by cutting out lifting for those who don't have individual state cuts.  Please check out the taper announcement and please make sure you are doing everything you can to conserve your energy for the conference meet in 3 weeks.

Monday, February 5:
Conference Taper:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

State Taper:
- Morning lifting @ GRCHS weight room 7:45am-8:30am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

Tuesday, February 6:
- Non-conference Tri Meet 7:00pm @ Calvin College
vs. Caledonia/Lowell/South Christian
vs. Ludington
- No Bus
- Athletes must arrive by 6:00pm


Wednesday, February 7:
Everyone (that want's to do so): Bleaching hair at school @ All-City Locker room 3:00pm

Conference Taper:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

State Taper:
- Morning lifting @ GRCHS weight room 6:45am-7:30am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday, February 8:
- Conference Meet @ Spring Lake 6:00pm meet start
- 2-way bus leaves at 4:00pm


Friday, February 9:
Conference + State Taper
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday, February 10:
Conference + State Taper
- Practice @ Calvin College 10:00am-12:00pm
