Reminder: End of Season Banquet

Just wanted to remind everyone about the Banquet tomorrow night from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Multipurpose Room - "The Garage" at the high school tomorrow (Tuesday, March 20). 

Please bring your bags, warm-ups to turn in if you have not already!

End of Season Banquet (March 20th at 6:00pm-8:00pm)

Next Tuesday, March 20th (6:00pm-8:00pm) we will be having our end of season banquet in the Multipurpose Room - "The Garage" at the high school.  Please email me (grchswimcoach@gmail.com) with how many people from your family will be attending so we can make sure there is enough seats, food and utensils.

Please bring the following:
Freshmen - Drinks
Sophomores - Desserts
Juniors - Seniors - Fruits/Salads

We are also planning to provide pizza for everyone.

Weekly Schedule (March 5 - March 10)

State meet week is finally here!  Congratulations to all those that have made the state team.  Please remember to stay focused on what you need to be doing during your taper! 

Monday, March 5:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:30pm

Tuesday, March 6:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:15pm

Wednesday, March 7:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-7:00pm

Thursday, March 8:
- The guys will be excused at lunch and 8th period for the day (please check with your teachers on what you'll miss!)
- Practice @ Calvin College 1:00pm-2:00pm
- Right after practice we will head out to the Saginaw area (we have 2 rental vans that we'll be taking as a state team)
- We will go out to eat at night (some money will be provided by school for athletes, but bringing $20-40 would be smart) and then rest/prepare for prelims.

Friday, March 9:
- Spectator seating opens at 10:15am (seats will go fast). 
- State Swimming Prelims @ Saginaw Valley State University 12:00pm meet start
- State Diving Prelims @ Saginaw Valley State University ~4:00pm start (one hour after swimming finishes)

Saturday, March 10:
- Spectator seating opens at 10:15am.
- State Swimming & Diving Finals @ Saginaw Valley State University 12:00pm meet start
- We will arrive back home around 8:00pm-9:00pm.
