Weightlifting is optional, but is encouraged to help build strength for those that want to take their Swimming/Diving to the next level.

December 19, Monday 6:45-7:30am
December 22, Thursday 10-11am
December 24, Saturday 10-11am
December 27, Tuesday 10-11am
December 29, Thursday 10-11am
December 31, Saturday 10-11am
