Things to remember:
- Please make sure that you eat enough during the week especially before practices and meets to have enough energy to practice/compete (please do not eat right before practices or competitions).
- Please make sure that you are getting enough sleep each night, 8-9 hours a night would be great.
- Be ready to go (changed, showered, have your gear ready) by the start time of practice.
- Continually update your goal sheets, in only takes a couple minutes at the most!
Monday:
- Morning workout @ Quest Center 7:15am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:15pm
Tuesday:
- Conference Dual Meet vs. Northview @ Calvin College 6:30pm (NO BUS)
- Athletes must be to Calvin by 5:15pm
Wednesday:
- Morning workout @ Quest Center 6:15am
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:15pm
Thursday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:15pm
Friday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 6:00pm-8:15pm
Saturday:
- Practice @ Calvin College 10:00am-12:30pm
