Please make sure that you bring a big enough snack to eat after school so that you won't be hungry during the meet and so you'll have enough energy. Make sure it is something you've had before and know will agree with your stomach.
For the meet you'll need:
- Race suit (money for race suit)
- Meet warm-ups (top and bottom)
- Goggles (extra pair just in case for a backup)
- healthy snacks
