If you are done with your fall sport or are not involved with a fall sport/activity, please try to be involved with the following:
Morning lifting (6:30-7:50) Monday - Thursday
After school lifting (2:50-4:30) Monday - Thursday
Tuesday workouts with Joe (3-4) in the Quest Center
If you have any questions please ask Jeremy or Pype if he's not in busy in the bookstore.
