• Meet starts: 12:00pm
• Athletes board bus at GRCHS: 9:00am (All athletes must meet at GRCHS All City Gym entrance and ride the team bus to the meet.)
• The bus is one way, so athletes need to arrange their own ride to Liverance's.

Party After Holland Meet on Saturday

The Liverances will graciously host our second team and family party of the season this coming Saturday, after the Holland Christian Mid-season Invitational. Their house is right on the way home from Holland for most families. Athletes and families can make their way over to Liverance's house right after the meet. This party is for the entire team - all athletes and families. It is not limited to those competing at the invitational in Holland. The meet usually lasts 3-4 hours, so we expect folks to start arriving at Liverance's from Holland around 4:00 - 5:00pm.

Meet Tue-5-Jan at West Ottawa

• Meet starts: 6:30pm
• Athletes board bus at GRCHS: 4:15pm (All athletes must meet at GRCHS All City Gym entrance and ride the team bus to the meet.)
• The bus is round trip, so athletes have the option of riding the bus back to GRCHS or getting a ride home on their own. If athletes decide to arrange their own ride home, they need to inform Jeremy on Monday.

• West Ottawa will probably provide a meal for athletes after the meet.

Practice at Calvin College tonight is from 6:15 - 9:00pm, ending 30 minutes later than previously announced.

State Meet Hotel Reservation Info

The state meet will take place on Fri-12-Mar and Sat-13-Mar at Eastern Michigan University. We have a block of hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn Ann Arbor North set aside for families and friends who plan to attend the meet. The quoted rate is $72 per night for a room with two double beds. The normal rate is over $100.

You can make your reservation any time before February 9 to get this rate. Even if you're not sure if you're going, you can always reserve the room and cancel it with no penalty as long as you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
