Eagles All-sports Extravaganza

We are still looking for 4 volunteers to work at the Eagles All-sports Extravaganza at Eagle Stadium on August 16th.  The event will start at 5:30pm and end at 9:00pm.  If you volunteer, I believe you will work one shift that will be half the time.  Please email or call Jeremy ASAP if you are able to help out.  Thanks!

Michigan's Adventure

If your planning on going to Michigan Adventure tomorrow and haven't told Jeremy, please let him know. 
We will be meeting at school a little before 10am and will try to leave at 10am.  Please bring enough $ for admission (28), dinner, and $5 for gas.  I think we are planning on bringing our own lunches for the day.
 
Don't forget a swimsuit and a towel.

This Saturday a group is planning on going to go to Michigans adventure. If you would like to go, please talk to Jeremy ASAP! We are working on figuring out carpools, cost, etc. Hope you can make it!

Lifting in the weightroom

Thanks to all who have been involved so far this off-season.  If you haven't started yet, please think about starting to prepare for our upcoming season. 

This week (July 9-12): Monday-Thursday 1:30-3:30pm

Next week (July 16-19): NO LIFTING!

There has been rumor of a team outing to either cedar point or michigan's adventure, If you are interested please let Jeremy know.

No Lifting this week (July 2- July 6 - Dead Week)

This week is dead week.  Please do not come to school to workout, you will not be allowed to be there this week. Please do not try to contact any coaches this week.  Next week everything should be back to normal.  Have a great holiday!
